Archivists are not boring and more than just archivists
This was a great presentation, very informative! Email Management is definitely an important issue that people need to understand more thoroughly in order to more effectively store and classify their information. Thanks!

I am new to AIIM and am astounded by the excellence of the depth and breadth of resources I am discovering. This presentation is a great example of this. Well done! One point which is overlooked here (and is most often the case) is the challenge of allowing people to manage their next actions and record the work they have to do (beyond replying or forwarding - which is "communicating" not "working"). In my organization we have resolved this critically missing piece in the email management chain through the correct balance of change management, user training and software interface adjustment for Microsoft Outlook.
