As usual I miss completely one of the most importants aspects which is the Document Output Creation and Output Management.
One other thing, I know one unique product used by more than 2000 global enterprises like blue cross, CMS, Citybank, UBS, Zurich, etc. that covers all mentioned aspects of ECM and enterprise DOM to its full extend.

Good point, - should have added 1-2 slides about DOC and Output Management. AIIM is in fact planning to introduce a training program about this in early 2009. Thanks, Atle.

I thought this presentation was very useful and clear about explaining ECM and why it's so important. I specifically liked the breakdown of benefits and issues associated with classification. We have found through talking with customers and research that classification is such an incredible step in ECM - thank you for a concise breakdown of the benefits.
