Its one thing to understand the theory, but it’s more valuable to know that there are products out there that can manage emails. It is also enlightening to see the number of clients that are actually addressing their email management issues.

Email management is something that all professional IT service providers have to handle for their clients, and it is always good to have the benefit of other solution providers’ experiences to use as guidance. White papers can be really valuable resources for anyone trying to run a business. In fact, I advise many computer consultants to provide free white papers on important subjects (like email management and others!) as incentives for prospects and new clients to build relationships.
