AIIM is coming to you!
AIIM is now running several ECM and ERM training classes per month, and below is a picture from this week’s ECM class in San Francisco. Instructor is Bob Larrivee and the class has 18 attendees from financial, oil, pharmaceutical, and public sector organizations in addition to students from a few consulting companies and solution providers. Press this link to find an ECM class near you, and press this link to find an ERM class near you.
The majority of students, over seventy percent, represent end users from organizations ranging in size from small business to major corporations. The remaining thirty percent represents students from the vendor and consultant communities including some of the most recognized leaders in the ECM and ERM vendor community.
As a result of this success and our commitment to providing the best educational programs in the industry, we have, with the Board's approval, begun expansion of our education program to include two more training programs focused on BPM (Business Process Management) emphasizing process definition, modeling, deployment, monitoring and optimization, and IOA (Information Organization and Access) with emphasis on enterprise search, taxonomies, clustering and categorization. Additionally, based on industry feedback, we will also provide enrichment courses specialized in discovery, efficiency, and compliance. These courses will be developed in conjunction with CMS Watch and the guidance of our North American and European Education Advisory Groups which includes subject matter experts from the public and private sector. We will introduce these courses in September 2007, but I will next month provide you with more information about these new courses.
