Atle Skjekkeland
Vice President, AIIM

Atle Atle Skjekkeland , Vice President of AIIM, the Enterprise Content Management association. He is well known in the industry as a thought leader and industry expert with a practical hands-on approach to Enterprise Content Management. Atle has several years’ industry experience as manager and consultant for solution providers in Europe. In the last few years, Atle has helped companies manage their information assets through the development and implementation of training programs in Scandinavia, Germany, France, Netherlands and the United Kingdom. He is also one of the most experienced and well known ECM trainers in the world.

Atle holds an MSc (Business) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, CompTIA CDIA+ certification, AIIM Enterprise Content Management Specialist (ECMs), AIIM Electronic Records Management Specialist (ERMs), and AIIM Master of Information Technologies (MIT). Atle is also General Secretary of the DLM Forum, which is a European Commission initiative for the National Archives in Europe. The DLM Forum is currently supporting the Commission developing Moreq 2 (Model Requirements for Managing Electronic Requirements).

Renowned as a very energetic and lively speaker, Atle is frequently asked to present at meetings and conferences throughout the US and Europe .

Bob Larrivee
Director- AIIM Global Education Services - Americas

BobBob is an internationally recognized, lecturer with over twenty-five years of experience in the application of advanced technologies and process improvement. Bob is the Director of Global Education Services USA for AIIM International, the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Association. In this role, Bob leads a skilled team in identifying, developing and delivering specialized training in best practices, technology and methodologies.

Prior to his current position, Bob was Director of Marketing for Docubase Systems, Inc. and has also worked as a Consultant/Analyst with imerge Consulting, Kinetic Information and BIS Strategic Decisions. In the reseller distribution channel, Bob led Tech Data’s Knowledge Management Unit where, he set the strategic and tactical directions for the distribution of advanced and emerging technology products through Tech Data’s distribution channel. Bob entered the emerging technologies' industry with Wang Laboratories where he worked as a Marketing Consultant focused on imaging, workflow, and digital annotation and voice recognition systems.

Bob has a Degree in Marketing from Franklin Pierce College, is an AIIM Electronic Content Management Specialist (ECMs), Electronic Records Management Specialist (ERMs), Business Process Management Specialist (BPMs), Information Organization and Access Specialist (IOAs) and Master of Information Technology with a Laureate in Imaging. In addition, Bob is a CompTIA -- Certified Document Imaging Architech+ (CDIA+), a State of Florida Certified Instructor, a Member of the International Society of Poets and is listed in the International Who’s Who of Professionals, the International Who’s Who in Poetry and the Executive Guild of Who’s Who.

 

Carl E. Weise
ERM and ECM Trainer, AIIM Global Education Services

Carl

Carl has over twenty five years of senior level records management and project management experience in the financial, IT, manufacturing, electric power, legal and government environments in both Canada and the United States. He is also a regulatory compliance and risk management expert. He has worked for records management software providers and, more recently, worked as a Principal Consultant in Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Carl is both an ERM Master and an ECM Specialist, from AIIM International. He is also a Certified Records Manager (CRM) from the Institute Certified Records Managers, and has given presentations at AIIM and ARMA chapter meetings and ARMA annual conferences.

Carl developed and taught community college level records management courses and has given many seminars on records management, electronic records management, e-discovery, compliance, risk management and enterprise content management in cities across the United States and Canada. He has written articles on records management which have been published.His article on Records Management and ISO 9000 was translated and published in Japan. He has contributed over 15 years of volunteer effort holding the following positions: Vice-President, Examination Administration, Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), ARMA Conference Program Committee Member, ARMA Conference Program Manager, and Chapter President of Pittsburgh ARMA Chapter.
